Stilt Parking
Metro cities facing a very big problem in these days. All families having their own vehicles, but they don’t have sufficient space to park their cars or bikes. We have a special service for this kind of problem. We can make basement under the existing building or can lift 10 to 12 feet height. Then can be made a stilt parking after lifting this much of height or in the basement also. Company have a good experience of this work.
WHY WE NEED STILT PARKING? now days in metro cities it's very big problem for citizens that where to park their vehicles.
In the big cities the peoples are having very conjusted houses but they have 2 to 3 cars in every house. Due to the less space in their houses they parks their vehicles on road or street because they don't have another option. Due to that parked vehicles another peoples are suffering on that roads and the peoples are suffering with traffic jam. To get the relief from this biggest problem we need stilt parking under every house. Then we could be able to park 4-5 cars in our own house compound. First time in India our company RR AND SONS have provided a service for making stilt parking.
A stilt car parking is a partially covered parking spot on the ground floor of a building. The property descriptions such as G+3 or G+4 depict the configuration of the building where G stands for the ground floor, reserved as a stilt. The number stands for the number of floors built over the stilt. It is different from an open parking space which is an uncovered parking spot provided within the premises of the building. Stilt parking or car parking slots can be used to meet the parking requirements only, and not for any other commercial or deviated purpose.
